Education:
- 10th standard from a recognized Board/Institute.
- Minimum one-year full-time diploma in cooking/culinary arts from a recognized institute.
- Ex-servicemen: Eligible with a trade/competency certificate in cooking/catering.
Experience: 3 years of cooking experience in a prestigious Hotel/Restaurant/Government department/Undertaking, etc.
Age:
- 18-27 years as of 01.08.2024.
- Age relaxation for reserved categories and others as per government rules.

As per Government of India rules for SC/ST/Physically Challenged/Ex-Servicemen and dependents of Freedom Fighters.

Written Test:
- General Knowledge (Objective Type): 30 marks
- Cooking/Culinary Arts (Objective Type): 70 marks
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: 60% in each component
Practical Trade Skill Test: 70 marks
Interview: 30 marks
Total: 200 marks (Minimum Qualifying Marks: 60%)
